Seaton Snooker League in association with Colyton Memorial Social Club promoted and sponsored an exhibition of snooker by second year professional Haydon Pinhey from Plymouth. After outlining the programme for the evening Master of Ceremonies, Steve Canniford, Seaton League President and head of the WEBSF( West of England Billiards & Snooker Foundation), introduced the referees for the evening Greg & Darrly Jones and professional, Haydon Pinhey.
Haydon played and won eleven frames against local league and club players. The overall points scored being....the Professional 1112, Challengers 170. The average frame time was <15 mins. Haydon posted nine breaks over 50.
Between frames, whilst the balls were being set up and the players were having photographs taken, Steve Canniford relayed some interesting facts and statistics, most of which were obtained from CueTracker, about Haydon' second year as a professional.
Much thanks must go to Colyton Memorial Social Club who hosted, and Seaton Snooker League who promoted & subsidised the event.
